    A Freedom of Information Act request filed by former Congressman Bob Barr seeks to discover whether the Department of Homeland Security has been keeping tabs on the Drudge Report and other prominent media outlets who have spearheaded a nationwide revolt against invasive TSA airport security measures.

    The FOIA request, filed by Barr’s Liberty Guard organization (PDF here), demands that the Transportation Security Administration, an agency of the DHS, turn over all information related to “Matt Drudge,” “drudgereport.com,” along with other media personalities and websites that have been at the center of the TSA controversy, including “Alex Jones, “John Tyner” and “prisonplanet.com”.

    The request seeks to ascertain whether any of these names have been linked with the term “domestic extremist,” in reference to a reported TSA memo that was leaked last week which, according to Doug Hagmann, “officially addresses those who are opposed to, or engaged in the disruption of the implementation of the enhanced airport screening procedures as ‘domestic extremists’.”

    Numerous confirmed memos originating out of federal or state law enforcement agencies, such as the infamous MIAC report, have listed conservatives and libertarians as “domestic extremists” and even potential domestic terrorists for opposing big government and supporting Constitutionally-minded campaigns and causes.

Hanukkah is here and that means lots of Chanukah themed NYC events. Most notably, 8 nights of Yo La Tengo and guests, but most spiritually, the Sephardic Music Festival which kicks off tonight (12/1), the first night of Hanukkah, and runs through the end.

“All the talent in the world is not going to help anybody if they don’t put the work in,” explained Pat Manocchia, noting that one who finds success is “religiously consistent and he works hard.”

Of course, Manocchia also notes that having a top-notch gym helps as well.

“I take pretty good care of myself. And fortunately I’m in a facility where I’m able to do that,” said Manocchia, referring to the La Palestra Center for Preventative Medicine, where he trains clients.

Of course, Manocchia does accept that people – even celebrities – are human. Although consistency is crucial, you don’t have to be supremely strict all the time.

“I’m not going to crucify somebody for having a Big Mac – you can’t eat perfectly every single meal,” said Manocchia. “The objective is to do the best you can and make smart choices. And don’t beat yourself up if you don’t make a smart choice.”

And it’s this grounded approach that has big names such as John McEnroe, Liam Neeson, Natasha Richardson and even John F. Kennedy, Jr. choosing Manocchia.

Although Manocchia leaves most of the details to the pages of Anatomy of Exercise: A Trainer’s Inside Guide to Your Workout, he did offer some advice for everyone out there.

Rosa Parks is well known as a African American civil rights activist and was called by the U.S. Congress “the first lady of civil rights”, and “the mother of the freedom movement”. Hitt is right. We are in Will Rogers' party now who famously said "I belong to no organized party. I am a democrat."

Now is the time to think about why we didn't control our own message. We didn't. Any time the democrats got slammed, we basically went inside the house and made a steeping cup of tea. As Charles Robert Bone says this morning in an interview with Clint Brewer, "What does the Tennessee democratic party stand for?" I will admit that even I got so used to dealing with bluedogs that when I saw them put down, I was a bit shocked.

But, we didn't have a cohesive message. We didn't even promote what the democrats did well. (I add myself into this equation, so don't be too hard on me.I own it.)

The thing is we didn't, or weren't allowed, to push back, but when we decide to push back, we need a message that is consistent and doesn't go to the easy answers of just "blaming" Barack Obama because he won in 2008 or that old "he said/she said" thing that isn't productive in the least. We had our asses handed to us. We need to learn from it. We also, in this state, had our hineys handed to us in '08 but we haven't been talking about that much.

We didn't learn from that one.

Let's take a look at what messages we could be sending and controlling. (Subliminal note: control the message).

* Let's talk about that change really never originates in Washington. The message comes from outside and the tea party capitalized on this. This isn't going to be easy to do, as we have to have, once again, a message that will have to be built and constructed quickly. If you don't have endless patience, you will be disappointed. It took us a decade to get here and it's going to take time to get out of it. Al Gore in 2000, anybody. (No, I don't want to talk about how the election was stolen from him. It's history now.)
* Movements take time but they need participation outside our comfort zones. If you are urban, try to understand the rural and the rural needs to understand the urban, and so on and so on. The democratic party, during difficult times, has been the voice of the poor and forgotten in every setting. Let's remember that.
* Realize a conversation is more important than our differences. We cannot marginalize each other. Let's talk about things.
* We aren't really that lost in the wilderness. We just need to get a damned compass that works.
* Why aren't we talking about the great stuff in the health care bill instead of talking about what's wrong with it or backing away from it altogether?
* Why aren't we talking about that the economic stimulus package put people back to work? Or that the former administration had stimulus packages out there too. The private sector has put people back to work as well. It's not fixed, but it's moving like a slow river. But, it's moving.
* Karl Rove gets it. No, I didn't throw up typing that but you really need to familiarize yourself with his third party group, American Crossroads when it comes to using technology. The GOP, the Tea Party and AC don't have the market on this. As Dems, we need to be watching this as we move on into the 2012.
* We are being redistricted. That's something we can't do anything about at this point, but we can make people aware that it does impact them. It doesn't matter to the average bear though. This is strongly a politico issue that doesn't resonate with the majority of voters.

We need to figure out what the first step is and take it. And we need to start now.

(On a positive note for Dolphins fans: This was the best looking throw by a Miami player all night)

These are the kind of moves that have haunted Marshall throughout his career. He is extremely talented, but a complete bonehead. There is is a reason people compare him to T.O.

Miami is trailing Chicago 6-0 at the half in a game that no one appears to want to stay on offense. If the Dolphins are to pick up a win at home, they’ll need to stop the turnovers and stupid penalties.

Just 17 months after the company’s bankruptcy, General Motors had a new initial public offering. The GM stock was offered at $33 a share, and the GM stock price has been steadily rising. The U.S. Government has sold half of its preferred stock in GM, raising about $23 billion.

The GM IPO this morning comes after a very rough road for the company. One year and five months after going into bankruptcy and receiving $50 billion from federal taxpayers, GM was able to go public again. On the New York Stock Exchange, General Motors (stock symbol GM), was offered at $33. The CEO of GM got to open the trading day at the NYSE, ringing the opening bell with a 2011 Camaro SS horn blast.

Right after opening, the GM stock price rose to about $35. Depending on how today goes, this could very well be the largest initial public offering in the history of the New York Stock Exchange. GM originally planned on offering only about $20.1 billion worth of stock today. However, there is a possibility that the size of the initial public offering of GM stock could be expanded by as much as $3 billion. If the GM IPO reaches $23.1 billion in value, it will break the record set in July by the Agricultural Bank of China.
Will GM IPO benefit taxpayers?

The U.S. Treasury has chosen to sell half of its stake in the company. At $33 a share, the GM stock raised about $23 billion for the Treasury. While not quite half of the investment taxpayers made in the company, it is a start. The government would have to sell the remaining half of its stock at $53 per share in order to make up the rest of the investment. Only about 5 percent of the shares are actually being sold to “regular Joe” investors, which is standard for most initial public offerings.

GM’s IPO: Where’s The Weevil In The Hardtack? – The New American

Steven Rattner, former counselor to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, celebrated in Huffington Post, “In the end, it was a blow out!” With the old General Motors successfully selling shares in its new General Motors at $33 per share, taxpayers will allegedly be getting back part of the $50 billion in bailout money used to rescue the company 17 months ago.

As Rattner exulted:

The mother of all initial public offerings — that of the refreshed, revitalized and revamped General Motors — went off better than almost anyone expected….

Note the key lessons of the GM adventure: First, the availability of $82 billion from the now reviled Troubled Assets Relief Program was essential. Our ever hapless Congress would never have acted in [such] a timely way. The existence of TARP saved our auto industry, our banking system and derivatively, our entire economy.

The U.S. Treasury sold nearly 500 million of its common and preferred shares in the company, returning about $23 billion back to the government, and bringing its interest in the company down from 61 percent to 33 percent. The United Auto Workers healthcare trust, which owned another 20 percent of the company, also sold some of its interest in the company, reducing its stake to just over 13 percent.

President Obama also expressed his delight: “General Motors’ initial public offering marks a major milestone in the turnaround of not just an iconic company but the entire American auto industry. Through [this] IPO, the government will cut its stake in GM by nearly half, continuing our disciplined commitment to exit this investment while protecting the American taxpayer.” Treasury Secretary Geithner added, “It is now widely recognized that the taxpayers’ investment not only helped save jobs during the worst economic crisis in a generation but also gave the auto industry a solid foundation on which to build.”

The Center for Automotive Research announced that, with the bailout of the automotive industry, the government avoided a loss of $28 billion and saved nearly 1 ½ million jobs. Kristin Dziczek, director of the research group, said, “The loss would have been caused by increased public welfare payments and lost tax revenues from workers had the government not provided [that] $82 billion of assistance to the industry.” She added, “You could argue that because the auto industry is one of the most productive and integrated industries, putting the money there was a better place to put it than job creation in any other sector.”

Joann Muller wrote in Forbes that part of the reason for the success of the offering of shares in the new company was because it has a much more competitive cost structure and a “clean balance sheet,” and is building better cars. Although it has shed several of its brands, now offering only Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac, and GMC models, it has posted three consecutive profitable quarters and may just show a profit for the full year, the first time since 2004.

For the skeptics, however, much was left unreported. In order for the taxpayer to come out even on the bailout, the share price of GM stock would have to rise to more than $50. This admittedly is going to be a long row to hoe, especially in an economy mired in the Great Recession. And the quality of GM’s cars is still well behind those of Ford and Toyota. And while GM is showing profits in the United States and in some foreign countries, they are still losing $2 billion annually in Europe.

And let’s not forget about the original owners of the old General Motors, whose stock is essentially worthless, and whose bonds took steep discounts from face value during the bankruptcy. And even to use the word bankruptcy isn’t accurate; takeover is more precise. At no time did the real owners of the company participate in the restructuring which, as will be recalled, transferred 20 percent of the company to the UAW at essentially no cost to them.

Other concerns haven’t been addressed, either. Where is that money from the offering going? Is it going to reduce the federal deficit? Not a chance. The Fed has just stepped to the plate to keep the government going for another six months with its additional massive ongoing inevitable and eternal bailout called QE2. And who is running the company? Management appears at the moment to be doing an excellent job if all reports are to be believed. But the federal government still owns a third of the company and its union owns one-eighth. What is likely to happen during union negotiations? Would that union ownership ever be used for blackmail purposes? Heaven forbid it! And would the kleptomaniac government planners ever totally leave GM alone? Not likely. And just who arranged for the IPO? Would that be the insider bankers that profited from the economic meltdown? Would that be Morgan Stanley, JP MorganChase, Bank of America, Citigroup? Of course it would. Their “commission?” The Times reported that their fee would be just 0.75 percent, “low by bankers’ standards.” That’s $172 million.

Finally, what is firmly cemented in place now is the expectation that the U.S. taxpayer will always be “on the hook” during future “recessions,” difficulties, and financial crises.

In sum, then, things haven’t really changed all that much. The company isn’t free to compete as well as it could, it will suffer from tarnish on its reputation for years to come, it will still operate under heavy government and union influence, and the taxpayer, in light of the precedent set by the bailouts, will never get out whole. And the bankers…

Brittney Griner plays, or should I say played – past tense, for the Baylor’s. According to the Associated Press, “Baylor was up 55-39 when Barncastle fouled Griner while guarding her under the Lady Bears basket”.

Fortunately, losing their key player didn’t mean it was the end for the Baylor’s who ended up taking home a win of 69-60 against the Lady Radiers.

It’s clear that Brittney Griner wasn’t all too happy about being fouled, so sought some sought of vengence, in the form of a straight manly punch.

Her coach responded by saying that she would deal with her and that “there’s no place for that in sports”, “it was ugly for women’s basketball”.

Griner had contributed to the game on the Baylor’s side heavily, with a 21 point score.

The opposing team’s coach, Kristy Curry, said that Barncastle would be checked into hospital to determine the full extent of her injuries.

For years, the definition of being under the radar is to be a team in the Big East other than Connecticut. It's tough to get noticed when one team is winning seven national titles, and running up winning streaks into the 50-game plateau and beyond, and rolling up one league title after another.

However, this might (emphasis on might) be the year for some other school to carry the conference banner, given UConn's heavy graduation losses and the preseason injury to point guard Caroline Doty.

Toward the top of that list is Georgetown. Led by dynamic freshman guard Sugar Rodgers, the Hoyas emerged last season from years of relative obscurity to land in a tie for second in the league and garner a first-round NCAA tournament win.

All of a sudden, the Hoyas, ranked in the top 15 in most national preseason polls, have landed into a spot of prominence on most observers' lists.

"I can remember last season saying the secret is going to get out," said Georgetown senior Monica McNutt to a conference reporter at the Big East's Media Day last month.

"Clearly, it's out at this point. With a target on our back, every game we have to bring it. We don't have time to get down and make a comeback. We know that other teams are gunning for us now.

The same warning could be sounded at West Virginia, which tied Georgetown and dropped the Big East tournament final to the Huskies, and at St. John's, though both schools have had more recent success than the Hoyas.

The Red Storm emerged from the pack with the school's first 25-win season in 26 years, combined with their best conference performance in a quarter-century. St John's, which loses only one starter, has a potential star in junior Da'Shena Stevens and should make noise nationally, provided they get past their heartbreaking overtime loss in last year's NCAA second round game at Florida State.

Meanwhile, the Mountaineers used a stingy defense and an unbeaten home record to snag a No. 3 NCAA tournament seed. Liz Repella and Sarah Miles – the Big East's top defender last year – return to anchor the West Virginia backcourt.

Notre Dame and DePaul should return to the NCAA tournament and Rutgers, Louisville and an improving Marquette team should also get March Madness invitations.

With all that said, the big bad Huskies aren't going anywhere. Yes, their front line has been depleted with the graduation of Tina Charles. And an offseason knee injury to Doty leaves UConn without an experienced player to run the offense.

However, the fact that Connecticut has the nation's best player, senior Maya Moore, and the rest of the Big East doesn't – to paraphrase coach Geno Auriemma – only means that while other teams may get on the radar, the Huskies still figure to make the biggest blip.

The Favorite:
Connecticut – Losing the National Player of the Year, center Tina Charles, is a big blow, and the Huskies' inexperience up front and at point will hurt. But having Moore, the once and future National Player of the Year, means Connecticut, which has won its last 39 Big East games, won't be far from the top at any point in the season.

The Contenders:
Georgetown -- Coach Terri Williams-Flournoy has built an emerging power and Rogers' explosiveness makes her a potential national Player of the Year. The Hoyas face a big early test against Maryland at home that may say a lot about their season.

West Virginia – With the league's best young post player, sophomore Asya Bussie, and a solid senior perimeter trio of Repella, Miles and Korinne Campbell, the Mountaineers look ready to make a decent run in March.

The Darkhorse:
St. John's – The Red Storm aren't a particularly tall bunch, but coach Kim Barnes Arico returns four starters to a youthful squad that should be primed to move further in the league standings and in postseason.

Currently, Chasen was promoting Michael Douglas for Best Supporting Actor for Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps in addition to Alice In Wonderland 3D for Best Picture.

It all happened on Tuesday November 16th, 2010 while Chasen was driving her Mercedes-Benz. Around 12:30 am, it is being reported that there were gun shots heard in the Beverly Hills area. It is being said that after being shot five times, Chasen crashed her car into a light pole. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that “On November 16th 2010 at approximately 12:28 a.m. Beverly Hills police officers received info regarding shots that were heard in the area of Sunset and Whittier, shortly after a collision was reported in the same area. Units arrived and discovered a newer black Mercedes Benz E-350 involved in a solo crash to the light pole. The lone female occupant was located in the vehicle with apparent multiple gunshot wounds to her chest. Beverly Hills paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital where she was later pronounced deceased. The investigation is in the preliminary stages and no further information is available at this time. At this time there is no suspect, info or motive for this crime.”

It was after the incident that police were called to the scene and Chasen was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and soon after was pronounced dead.

Songwriter David Lee sits down with The Boot to talk about the day he got together with Tom Douglas and Tony Lane to finish writing 'Hello World,' the fourth single from Lady Antebellum's double-platinum album, 'Need You Now.'

The idea for this song is an old one. It was originally called, 'Hello Heart.' I started it when I was 27 years old ... a long time ago. I'm 42 now! (laughs) I wrote a chorus and pretty much most of the song a different way. And then I put it down, turned away from it, and didn't think of it again for at least 10 years. I got with Tony Lane, and we sat down and talked about it one day. We tried to write it, tried to come up with some ideas and finally came up with the chorus. But the rhymes weren't jelling. Then we got Tom Douglas in on it. Together, Tom and Tony helped to turn this into something that made it a great song.

Tom's great. He was on Lady A's, 'I Run to You.' He actually had the idea to change this song to 'Hello World,' because we couldn't get the rhyme right. 'Hello Heart' didn't have the feel. Tom got a hold of it and started messing around with it on his piano. Then he called me and said, "Hey, what about, 'Hello World?'" He also had an idea to change the first verse.

If Tom Douglas and Tony Lane hadn't helped me, this song wouldn't be what it is, that's for sure. It really did turn it into something, but I had this song idea so long ago that I'd just forgotten about it. It's a big ballad, the song they close their show with. It's really powerful. It's one of those kind of songs you could see being a world kind of thing: a big song. I'm really proud of it, and really excited about it.

There were still pictures and video clips of Lynn in the background, it was a lovely tribute. But then it got 100x more awesome because 76-year-old Loretta Lynn herself came out on stage to join in the fun. Maybe we are naive, but we didn't actually expect to see her there.

The 44th annual CMA Awards are tonight (November 10) and Nashville is buzzing about who will take home trophies in top categories, especially the most coveted award, Entertainer of the Year. Now, one former recipient of the Entertainer trophy is speaking out about the arguably surprising list of nominees this year.

"The only thing that I was disappointed in was the acts that have been headlining for so many years, they were not nominated," Reba McEntire says (quote via CNBC). "In particular, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts. I would've assumed they would've been in that nomination before Zac Brown Band, Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert."

The Entertainer of the Year category, which also includes Brad Paisley and Keith Urban this year, is defined by the Country Music Association as being for "the act displaying the greatest competence in all aspects of the entertainment field," including "in-person performance, staging, public acceptance, attitude, leadership, and overall contribution to the Country Music image."

Reba, who won the Entertainer award in 1986, says the new crop of nominees shows a deliberate movement by CMA voters to move past tradition. "I have heard they are looking for a new regime, wanting to turn things around and to kind of mix up the shuffle," she adds. "Well, they definitely did. This has sure gotten everybody to talk about it."

Reba isn't the only artist questioning the criteria for CMA nods. Jason Aldean, whose last five singles landed in the top ten and enjoyed a sold-out tour earlier this year, was not only snubbed from the Entertainer category, but failed to garner a nomination at all. But he says, while he may understand the ins and outs of voting, he feels bad for the fans who don't know the specifics of the CMA regulations. "The average fan doesn't understand how all that stuff works and the industry probably doesn't want them to," Jason admits. "Fans watch a show and they get all up in arms because their favorite artist wasn't nominated or didn't win an award they were nominated for. Bottom line is it's not based on anything, man. It's based on who can rally the most troops for their guy, and sometimes this guy wins and sometimes that guy wins. It's just kind of the way it all shakes down."

Miranda, who received a record-breaking nine nominations, admits that she feels a bit unworthy of the highest accolade."I just feel like it's such a big deal to be nominated for Entertainer of the Year. I'm kind of weirded out that I got in there," she admits. "I just can't believe it, but I feel like when you actually win it, it's something that you really have to earn. I have done two headlining tours and they were both this year. You know, I feel like I still have a ways to go before I deserve to take that home."

Still, Miranda acknowledges that she is honored that all her hard work over the last five years did not go unnoticed, especially by such an influential group. "I thought it was just about ticket sales and the amount of people you play in front of, and it's not," she says. "It's a very broad award. It's about everything you've done in the past year, and I've definitely worked my butt off, so I guess I'm just settling into the fact that I'll have to accept it."

The CMA Awards will air live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena Wednesday, November 10 at 8:00 PM ET on ABC.

"He was the fans' choice to throw out the first pitch in Safeco Field history, and no one has had a greater impact on our team's connection to fans throughout the Northwest. One of the best days we've ever spent was in Cooperstown in 2008, as Dave took his place in the Baseball Hall of Fame."

The flamboyant founder of Penthouse magazine, who once ranked among the richest men in America before a string of bad investments and something called Internet porn decimated his fortune, died Wednesday at a hospital in Plano, Texas. He was 79 and had been battling lung cancer.

Guccione created Penthouse in 1965, in part to finance his own art career and also as an in-your-face answer to the glossier Playboy.

"We were the first to show full-frontal nudity," he told New York magazine in 2004.

And the rest could just be "Dear Penthouse" history, if not for Guccione's outsize personality.

Though he lost a lot more money doing other things, his most artistic belly flop was the notoriously bad 1979 film Caligula.

Starring John Gielgud, Malcolm McDowell, Peter O'Toole and a lovely young Helen Mirren and written by Gore Vidal, the film about the life of the Roman emperor Caligula had the makings of a winner.

But somewhere between the early production problems that ran up the cost of the film and the extra sex and graphic nudity that Guccione wanted added in postproduction, all went horribly wrong.

Over the years, Guccione amassed an art collection that included works by Picasso and Matisse and was valued at $59 million, but he was forced to sell as his money troubles (tax issues, lost revenue due to Internet porn, etc.) piled up in the 1990s.

And though he lost control of Penthouse in a 2004 bankruptcy sale, he remained proud of what Penthouse—which, he estimated, made $4 billion while he reigned as published—had brought to the table (besides full-frontal nudity).

"We followed the philosophy of voyeurism," he told London's Independent newspaper in 2004. "To see her as if she doesn't know she's being seen. That was the sexy part. That was the part that none of our competition understood."

His business colleague and first wife, Kathy Keeton, died in 1997 but was listed on the magazine's masthead as President until it changed hands.

Guccione is survived by his fourth wife, April, as well as a daughter from his first marriage and a daughter and three sons with his second wife, Nina. Bob Guccione Jr. is the founder of Spin magazine.

First, a lengthy screed has been posted on a website called Save The Planet Protest that opens with “The Discovery Channel MUST broadcast to the world their commitment to save the planet and to do the following IMMEDIATELY.” A Whois search of the registrant of that domain is listed as James Lee. Update: Alleged Discovery Channel HQ gunman ID’d as James Jay Lee; has history of protesting outside building.

It is reasonable to conclude that if the author of the screed on Save the Planet Protest is in fact involved in the hostage situation unfolding in Silver Springs, Maryland, then the registrant of that domain is also involved – or is likely the same person. All that has been reported by TBD.com is that the gunman has been identified as an Aisan male. Perhaps James Lee?

The Discovery Channel MUST broadcast to the world their commitment to save the planet and to do the following IMMEDIATELY:
1. The Discovery Channel and it’s affiliate channels MUST have daily television programs at prime time slots based on Daniel Quinn’s “My Ishmael” pages 207-212 where solutions to save the planet would be done in the same way as the Industrial Revolution was done, by people building on each other’s inventive ideas. Focus must be given on how people can live WITHOUT giving birth to more filthy human children since those new additions continue pollution and are pollution. A game show format contest would be in order. Perhaps also forums of leading scientists who understand and agree with the Malthus-Darwin science and the problem of human overpopulation. Do both. Do all until something WORKS and the natural world starts improving and human civilization building STOPS and is reversed! MAKE IT INTERESTING SO PEOPLE WATCH AND APPLY SOLUTIONS!!!!

2. All programs on Discovery Health-TLC must stop encouraging the birth of any more parasitic human infants and the false heroics behind those actions. In those programs’ places, programs encouraging human sterilization and infertility must be pushed. All former pro-birth programs must now push in the direction of stopping human birth, not encouraging it.

3. All programs promoting War and the technology behind those must cease. There is no sense in advertising weapons of mass-destruction anymore. Instead, talk about ways to disassemble civilization and concentrate the message in finding SOLUTIONS to solving global military mechanized conflict. Again, solutions solutions instead of just repeating the same old wars with newer weapons. Also, keep out the fraudulent peace movements. They are liars and fakes and had no real intention of ending the wars. ALL OF THEM ARE FAKE! On one hand, they claim they want the wars to end, on the other, they are demanding the human population increase. World War II had 2 Billion humans and after that war, the people decided that tripling the population would assure peace. WTF??? STUPIDITY! MORE HUMANS EQUALS MORE WAR!

4. Civilization must be exposed for the filth it is. That, and all its disgusting religious-cultural roots and greed. Broadcast this message until the pollution in the planet is reversed and the human population goes down! This is your obligation. If you think it isn’t, then get hell off the planet! Breathe Oil! It is the moral obligation of everyone living otherwise what good are they??

5. Immigration: Programs must be developed to find solutions to stopping ALL immigration pollution and the anchor baby filth that follows that. Find solutions to stopping it. Call for people in the world to develop solutions to stop it completely and permanently. Find solutions FOR these countries so they stop sending their breeding populations to the US and the world to seek jobs and therefore breed more unwanted pollution babies. FIND SOLUTIONS FOR THEM TO STOP THEIR HUMAN GROWTH AND THE EXPORTATION OF THAT DISGUSTING FILTH! (The first world is feeding the population growth of the Third World and those human families are going to where the food is! They must stop procreating new humans looking for nonexistant jobs!)

6. Find solutions for Global Warming, Automotive pollution, International Trade, factory pollution, and the whole blasted human economy. Find ways so that people don’t build more housing pollution which destroys the environment to make way for more human filth! Find solutions so that people stop breeding as well as stopping using Oil in order to REVERSE Global warming and the destruction of the planet!

7. Develop shows that mention the Malthusian sciences about how food production leads to the overpopulation of the Human race. Talk about Evolution. Talk about Malthus and Darwin until it sinks into the stupid people’s brains until they get it!!

8. Saving the Planet means saving what’s left of the non-human Wildlife by decreasing the Human population. That means stopping the human race from breeding any more disgusting human babies! You’re the media, you can reach enough people. It’s your resposibility because you reach so many minds!!!

9. Develop shows that will correct and dismantle the dangerous US world economy. Find solutions for their disasterous Ponzi-Casino economy before they take the world to another nuclear war.

10. Stop all shows glorifying human birthing on all your channels and on TLC. Stop Future Weapons shows or replace the dialogue condemning the people behind these developments so that the shows become exposes rather than advertisements of Arms sales and development!

11. You’re also going to find solutions for unemployment and housing. All these unemployed people makes me think the US is headed toward more war.

Humans are the most destructive, filthy, pollutive creatures around and are wrecking what’s left of the planet with their false morals and breeding culture.

For every human born, ACRES of wildlife forests must be turned into farmland in order to feed that new addition over the course of 60 to 100 YEARS of that new human’s lifespan! THIS IS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE FOREST CREATURES!!!! All human procreation and farming must cease!

It is the responsiblity of everyone to preserve the planet they live on by not breeding any more children who will continue their filthy practices. Children represent FUTURE catastrophic pollution whereas their parents are current pollution. NO MORE BABIES! Population growth is a real crisis. Even one child born in the US will use 30 to a thousand times more resources than a Third World child. It’s like a couple are having 30 babies even though it’s just one! If the US goes in this direction maybe other countries will too!

Also, war must be halted. Not because it’s morally wrong, but because of the catastrophic environmental damage modern weapons cause to other creatures. FIND SOLUTIONS JUST LIKE THE BOOK SAYS! Humans are supposed to be inventive. INVENT, DAMN YOU!!

The world needs TV shows that DEVELOP solutions to the problems that humans are causing, not stupify the people into destroying the world. Not encouraging them to breed more environmentally harmful humans.

Saving the environment and the remaning species diversity of the planet is now your mindset. Nothing is more important than saving them. The Lions, Tigers, Giraffes, Elephants, Froggies, Turtles, Apes, Raccoons, Beetles, Ants, Sharks, Bears, and, of course, the Squirrels.

The humans? The planet does not need humans.

You MUST KNOW the human population is behind all the pollution and problems in the world, and YET you encourage the exact opposite instead of discouraging human growth and procreation. Surely you MUST ALREADY KNOW this!

I want Discovery Communications to broadcast on their channels to the world their new program lineup and I want proof they are doing so. I want the new shows started by asking the public for inventive solution ideas to save the planet and the remaining wildlife on it.

The Green Party is celebrating news that Pete Bethune is to come home.
“Pete Bethune is a brave Kiwi who protected whales when his Government would not and we look forward to his return to NZ,” Dr Russel Norman, Green Party co-leader said today.
Pete has been on trial in Japan for boarding a whaling vessel and has was today given a suspended sentence of two years.

Pete boarded the whaling vessel to make a citizen’s arrest of the captain under the New Zealand Maritime Crimes Act 1999.
“The Key Government’s lethargic attitude to illegal whaling is epitomised by this lack of concern for Pete. Not only has the New Zealand Government spent years not enforcing the Moratorium on Commercial Whaling and the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary, but it has left the Kiwi activists who do so high and dry by not pursuing the Maritime New Zealand Investigation,” Dr Norman said today.
“If New Zealand stood by its traditional anti-whaling allies and took a case to the International Court of Justice for an immediate injunction on whaling in the Southern Ocean Sanctuary, we could have a result as early as next year. With no whaling in the sanctuary, there will be no whale wars with activists.
“For as long as the Government fails to take action to stop whaling in the Southern Ocean Sanctuary, there will be activists saving the whales. John Key needs to step up and protect the whales,” Dr Norman said today.
